  1. New rates for the current year not announced. 
  2. On 17th August 2012 the government adopted a bill setting the new rate of the Minimum Guaranteed Interprofessional Wage (SMIG). 
  3. In accordance with article 99 of the Labour Code, the usual working hours are 40 hours per week (2400 hours per year for farm workers) and workers are entitled to 2 days of rest per week.
